Day Job Killer Takes a Nosedive
I was just over at clickbank and found that day job killer dropped from the number one spot on clickbank all the way down to number 13.
I guess most have now realized that DJK doesn’t live up to all of the hype after all. I predicted this back when this thing was the hottest selling digital product on the net.
Today you can find so many negative things written about DJK which is what is probably keeping people away from it. I said in this post that day job killer was nothing but a piece of garbage and people would come to realize this sometime in the near future.
The fact that day job killer has dropped all the way down to 13th implies that that day has come for djk.
If you have never heard of day job killer or what it’s about read the post linked above or you can go their pitch page here http://www.dayjobkiller.com. Don’t buy into it or buy it because it is nothing but a bunch of smoke and mirrors and none of Chis McNeeney’s claims are true.
The unfortunate thing about it is that I’m sure Chris McNeeney made millions on this thing before people started to wise up about the product. It’s unfortunate that so many spent their hard earned money on this thing. The very fact that the product dropped all the way down to 13th is pretty telling.
To me, the worst thing about the day job killer ebook is that the original $77 selling price went to $197 in a matter of weeks and is still selling at that price. How can a product that costs $77 dollars one day, be worth $197 the next day? As far as I’m concerned no ebook is worth that kind of money. Increasing the price of a garbage product won’t add value to it.
The only thing that puts a smile on my face is that Chris McNeeney left his download page wide open and I’m sure that a lot of people have downloaded day job killer for free. I won’t give you the link to the download page because it is unethical to do so. I’m sure if you do some searching you will be able to find it on your own. ![]()

Duvet Dollars Saga
First it was Day Job Killer and now it’s Duvet Dollars. A few weeks after Day Job Killer was launched, Duvet Dollars was launched. Some say that, Duvet Dollars is authored by the same person, Chris McNeeney. Don’t know if that is just speculation or if there is any truth to it or not. Personally, I really don’t care who wrote it.
I don’t know if anyone here has read the Duvet Dollars sales page or not. I have, and it screams ‘Come over here so I can pick your pocket’. I haven’t read the Duvet Dollars ebook nor do I intend to. From the few honest reviews that I’ve read about Duvet Dollars, the thing is a pile of garbage.
From the reviews that I have read pretty much everything that is written in the Duvet Dollars ebook is common affiliate knowledge that can be found on forums, blogs, and websites, for free.
If you are brand new to affiliate marketing the Duvet Dollars ebook is probably ok. It will save a newbie a lot of time trying to find the information bit by bit as long as it is formatted in an easy to read way and is workable. With that said, if this is a newbie guide then $77 is way overpriced for information that you can readily get for free. There are many guides our there geared for the affiliate newbie for a lot less money.
What irritates me about the Duvet Dollars ebook is that it is in no way pitched for what it is. Reading that sales page makes the reader believe that this is some deep secret that the author stumbled upon and implemented it and made their fortune with it. It goes on to say that you will be able to quit your job within a few weeks after implementing the strategies in the ebook. Kind of sounds like the Day Job Killer pitch doesn’t it. Probably the reason some think the two authors are the same. I don’t read too much into that because of all the copycat marketers out there.
I can’t believe how stupidly the Duvet Dollars sales letter was written. Just goes to show you that people don’t pay attention to what they read. If they did they wouldn’t have purchased Duvet Dollars in the first place. In one breath Victoria (the author of Duvet Dollars) says that you can quit your job in a few weeks and then in another breath says that Duvet Dollars is not a get rich quick scheme. If you can quit your job in a few weeks after reading Duvet Dollars, that’s get rich quick. Both can’t exist at the same time.
The fact that I have never heard of and I don’t think anyone else has heard of this Victoria person before Duvet Dollars makes me wonder if this person isn’t using an assumed name. She also doesn’t know crap about protecting her download page as it was listed on Google until she moved the Duvet Dollars web page a couple of times. A lot of people got a free copy of Duvet Dollars. I don’t think that I want to take advice from someone who doesn’t know how to do something as simple as protecting the very thing that is supposed to support them. A robots.txt would have kept that from happening. Like it or not, knowing basic things like this is part of being an Internet Marketer.
I’ve been watching the Duvet Dollars saga unfold for the past couple of weeks. I will say that it has been entertaining to watch. She has discredited herself, along with others discrediting her, to the point that she will never be able to sell anything using that name again.
I’d like to know, what the hell a Duvet Dollar is anyway? That was a rhetorical question. No reply is required. I can’t believe the crap people will come up with just to make a couple of bucks. The name Duvet Dollars sucks in my opinion and is enough to keep me from getting it on the name alone. I guess she thought it was cute.
I don’t know when people are going to learn that if you are not willing to do the work, you can’t make money online. Do yourself a favor and quit now. You’ll save yourself a lot of heartache and money. Internet Marketing is for those who truly want to change their lives and have the drive to do whatever it takes to make that happen including the work.

Here are a couple of websites that don’t think that Duvet Dollars is all it’s cracked up to be.

A Method that’s Helping This Blog Take Off
It is so important that that you add new information to your blog or website as often as possible. This blog has seen a substantial increase in traffic over the past couple of weeks due to the fact that I religiously write something new at least 5 times a week. Since I have started this blog I have not posted less than 5 times in a week.
When I started this blog a little over 3 months ago my Alexa ranking was over four million. Today it is less than two hundred thousand. That’s not bad considering where I was just a few short months ago. I expect that I will be somewhere under 100,000 within the next few weeks. That is a good ranking that most websites don’t see in such a short period of time. Many will never see that ranking at all.
My Google ranking was zero as all sites are when first starting out. Within 2 months I went to a page rank of 3. The thing is, I went straight from a ranking of 0 to a ranking of 3. This site never saw a page rank of 1 or 2. It went right to 3.
The traffic to this site has steadily gone up week after week. While I do promote this site regularly, I know that I get the best results when I update the content on this site.
The biggest increase in traffic to this site has come way of the search engines. The reason for that is because I write something here almost every day. Think about it. People use words to find information or products online so it only stands to reason that the more we write, the better the chances are that people searching will find words that we have written to find us. That’s why it is super important to write very often.
I remember when I first started this blog and being envious of the blogs that I visited because they were higher ranked than I was and seemed to get a lot more visitors than I did. Well that’s not the case anymore. This site ranks higher than 80% of the sites that outranked me just a few months ago. The reason for that is they don’t update their site as often as they should. Most of those blogs I no longer visit because of the lack of information that they provide. I’m sure that these sites get inconsistent results because they just don’t do enough to get it to the next level or even maintain what they already have.
There is a point here. I’m not bragging about my progress. I am pretty darn proud of it though. I’m telling you this because if you are struggling hopefully what I just told you about this blog will shed some light for you and will give you some incentive to continue going with whatever it is that you do online.
You need to, especially if your online business is still in the early stages of development to work on it on a daily basis. Contrary to what you have been told many times that making money online is easy and quick. If you have been marketing for awhile I’m sure that you have already figured out that this is not the case.
There is no get rich quick method. There is only slow steady consistent along with persistence that will help you reach your goal. Only when you think that it can’t be done is when you are doomed. Above anything else that you do, keep updating your website with fresh valuable information and you will see real results that will happen when you least expect them to. This website didn’t get where it is today by accident. It got where it is because it has not been neglected for even one day. I suspect that it will take off very soon. All the signs of it are there. Keep writing and take care of business daily and you will be in the same position as I am soon.
